Create floors & ceilings using room and room floor finishes

Blog Image 1

There are usually two types of Revit floor slabs. One is a large slab, which is the outline of the entire current building. The other is to cut it into small pieces according to the size of each room. Usually the second type is more troublesome because the number will be determined by the number of rooms. In addition, since each room has an independent floor slab, why not create different floor slab types according to the decoration properties of the room itself? This script is to achieve this purpose.

The requirement for Revit is that the file already has the relevant floor type, which is of course. Otherwise, if there is no type, how to choose to create it.
