Create Revit levels from Excel does not seem to save much time. It is suitable for existing elevation numbers and adding them in Excel. If the number of floors is not much, it may be faster to add them manually in Revit. However, at the other extreme, if it is a super high-rise project with dozens of floors, it is easy to pull out the elevation data rows in Excel, create levels from these data saves a lot time,and then the value will be reflected.
In short, try it in Dynamo, this is a viable approach.
